Please read the information below before placing your order.

✨ READY TO SHIP

These items are already made and awaiting dispatch.

Processing Time: 1–5 Working Days

Includes:

✨ MADE TO ORDER

items are created especially for you after your order has been placed.

Processing Time: 1–6 Weeks

Please refer to each individual product listing for the most accurate processing time, as some items may be completed sooner than others.

Examples include:
• Scrunchies
• Croc Straps
• Custom Clothing
• Any item not listed under Ready to Ship

✨ PRE-ORDER

Some items will only be made once a preorder is placed. This is to allow us to add more items  of a design that is requested.

Preorders can take 2-8 weeks to dispatch. Please see individual items for processing window. 

✨CROC CHARMS & STRAP COVERS

When purchasing Croc Charms and Strap Covers together, please allow:

Processing Time: 1–3 Weeks

📦 ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS

If your order contains items with different processing times, your order will be dispatched once every item is complete.

For example:

• Ready to Ship Croc Charms (1–5 working days)
• Made to Order Clothing (up to 6 weeks)

➡️ Your complete order will be dispatched once the clothing has been completed.

If you need Ready to Ship items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

🚚 SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping begins AFTER processing has been completed.

Please remember:

• Processing Time = Time taken to make and prepare your order.
• Shipping Time = Time taken by the courier to deliver your parcel.

These are two separate timeframes.

Selecting Express or Next Day Shipping speeds up the courier delivery only—it does not reduce our processing time.

⚡ RUSH ORDERS

We do not generally accept rush orders.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to check whether we can accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee rush processing unless it has been confirmed by us in writing.
